Great crew, very helpful and trustworthy. I got in a little accident in my Jeep a couple weeks ago, coincidentally after leaving the dealership for a different repair, and had it towed right back there that night. They didn't even know to expect me, but took a look that morning and let me know what it would take to repair.

Visiting Ottawa from Lanaudière. My stearing bearing/knocker failed and my purchase warranty referred me to Precision. I thought I would be stuck in Ottawa for a while but Alex and his team had my vehicle repaired in 2 hours so I could return home. He advised me to bring it into the garage upon arrival because there were still things to do.

Amazing! I came here for a Pre-Purchase inspection on a car I was looking to buy, Dave was extremely thorough and found a few problems that I was able to get fixed up. Saved me a lot of trouble. Dave was super friendly and provided clear and simple explanations. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any automotive needs!

Wow what a great experience here. Had an issue with my skid plate coming off while driving on the highway, went to 5 mechanics in the area and some of them even had the nerve to tell me to come back in a month, I called precision auto works and Dave told me to stop by. Upon arrival he took me in right away , removed my skid plate and had me out of there in an instant. 1000% recommend this place, Dave is truly a great guy and mechanic.

Took Alex my BMW after taking it to BMW dealer 3 times because my rpm was bouncing around and had problem driving after stoping . Took to Précision Autoworks they hood it to computer in 5 mins he come to tell it's my booster,.repairs it haven't t had a problem since, gets all my repairs now,, great crew working there

Once again great service! I came in because my engine light came on. After completing the diagnostic, they explained the issue in simple terms and offered solutions with estimates for each. They even brought up an issue related to the rustproofing I had gotten done that no other bodyshop raised with me for years - so honest! After the work had been completed, the engine light came back on a few days later. I returned and they fixed the problem by ordering a part and telling me it was under warranty -so no extra charge - so honest, THANK YOU!

Fairly confident the Precision Autoworks team may be the best mechanics in the city. They recently made the very best of a bad situation for me. I was moving houses and had my car engine loose power on the highway. I called them and limped the car to their shop. They immediately brought it in and had the failure, and a potentially secondary larger issue developing, diagnosed in under 15 minutes. The team went above to fix both items, avoid future degradation, and had my car back on the road the same day! Car issues never happen at a good time but they limited both the impact on cost and time lost during my move. I have trusted them for years with all routine maintenance and oil changes, and will continue to do so even though I now live in another area of the city
